  The Bidding Process

Friday's at Noon ET

  • Weekly HUD property list is published
  • We will show HUD properties at any time
  • We will get you a FREE, NO-OBLIGATION financial Pre-Qualification
  • For Serious Bidders - Our team Will Run a "Competitive Bid Analysis" to determine the optimum bid price


Tuesday's at Midnight ET

  • All bid's must be submitted by HUD registered Real Estate agent


Wednesday's by 4:00 PM ET

  • Bids are opened and reviewed by HUD agent
  • Accepted bids are posted on the Internet


Winning Bids (This Could Be You!)

  • Earnest money is deposited with real estate broker
  • Completed Bid package is overnighted to HUD agent
  • If sales package is complete and correct, sales contract is accepted by HUD


Within 60 days of HUD Accepting the Contract

  • Title Company initiates closing process
  • Buyer secures financing
  • Buyer has the option of completing a home inspection
  • Sale closes at title company
  • Buyer takes ownership


If a Property Is Not Bid On

  • It remains on the market with bids being accepted daily
  • Eventually if the property does not sell to an "owner-occupant" the property will then likely be opened up to all bidders
